Event Rentals Fees & Amenities

General Information

Additional information:

• Event times are weekday evenings from 6:00pm-9:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00am-2:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm. These times are our standard rental times, however they can possibly be extended/adjusted depending on other scheduled rentals. Please contact us if you would like to change the time.
• Additional time may be available for $100 per hour, depending on other rentals.

• All renters must follow policies and procedures or they may be charged. Please see completed contract for details.

Deposit & Damage Fees

• 50% down payment required at the time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to event date.
• A credit card must be on file prior to the rental for damage costs. Card will not be charged unless there is damage to property or excessive clean-up required. Damage fees are NOT applied to the rental balance.

Event Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be in writing and received thirty (30) days prior to the function for a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Written cancellations received fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the function will not receive a refund for the room rental fee.

All cancellations, no matter the reason, are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
