Our standard rental fee is $600.00 for 3 hours of use ($700 for holidays). Included in the basic rental fee, you get 45 additional minutes of set-up time and 30 additional minutes of clean-up time. We have two standard rental time frames (11am-2pm & 6-9pm), although times can possibly be adjusted upon request, depending on other rentals. All rentals automatically receive 45 minutes prior to the listed time for set-up and 30 minutes after the listed time for clean-up (i.e. event time listed as 11-2, check-in would be at 10:15 am and check-out would be 2:30 pm). Additional time may be available for $100.00 per hour, depending on other rentals. The rental includes the use of tables and chairs that seat up to 48 guests. More guests can be accommodated for open house style events. We will set up tables and chairs for you, but you are responsible for everything else (décor, food, etc.). Rentals also include the use of the small outdoor patio space that is attached to the great room. However, this area is not covered and use is dependent on weather. Alcohol is allowed in the form of beer, wine, and champagne only (liquor is NOT permitted). A full-size kitchen is also available (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and sink). We allow food to be brought in and do not have any catering requirements. The pool is not open for use at this time.
To begin the rental booking process and secure a date, we require the following:
- Complete the form below to make a rental reservation.
- A rental contract will be sent via email through Dropbox Sign. This must be returned within seven (7) days in order to finalize your rental.
- A 50% down payment is due with the signed contract in the form of a credit card (deposit goes toward the rental fee; the balance of the rental fee will be charged on the Friday thirty (30) days prior to rental date) *If the event date is within 30 days of booking, the full rental fee is due at the time of booking.
- A valid credit card must be on file for damages (will not be charged unless there is damage to property or excessive clean-up is required; this is not part of the rental fee). We do not allow prepaid credit cards to be used.
Rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The date is not booked until the signed contract is returned and a down payment is received.
If you would like to make a rental reservation, please complete the information below. The Primary Renter is the person responsible for payment, meaning the credit card provided in the contract MUST be in the name of the Primary Renter. If someone other than the Primary Renter is providing payment information, please let us know so we can send a credit card authorization form to the card holder.
